I am committed to providing my Clients with the best possible service. I am a tough negotiator, passionate about representing my clients and knowledgeable about real estate contracts, financing options, the real estate market….all aspects of real estate! Sellers who work with me can expect professional service and first-rate marketing of their home. This includes pictures that showcase your property in the best possible way and advice on small changes that can help your home sell faster and for top dollar. It can also include staging and professional cleaning. Buyers can expect me to listen closely to your needs and get a good understanding of your wants. I will also send you appropriate listings, as they come on the market, and set showing appointments. I will not waste your time with properties that are not what you are looking for. New Buyers can expect all of the above plus a one hour New Buyer Seminar. We can meet at my office and go over the home buying process from start to finish. I will answer all of your questions and familiarize you with the home buying process and what you can expect as we work together to find your dream home! I am the mother of two teenage sons and when I'm not selling real estate I like to hike and bike our local parks and roadways. I volunteer in the Ashland High School Boys Soccer Parents Association and enjoy spending time with friends and family. I also enjoy home decorating and remodeling and actually own a professional paint color deck because I love finding just the right color for a living space! I have a Bachelors Degree from The Ohio State University and a Real Estate Certification from Hondros College of Business. I have been in sales for 25 years and negotiated tough deals in the boardroom and complicated real estate contracts. Calls and emails are answered on the same day they are received and you will find that I am accessible to you in the evenings and on weekends.
